Matt Weis has the ability to connect with any audience by virtue of packing plenty of experiences into his first 40 years. From his small-town beginnings as a "gifted kid" to an academic scholarship, college dropout, body piercer, college grad, husband, foster parent, adoptive parent, host parent, single parent, corporate trainer to stand-up comedian. Matt is a staple at Teehee's Comedy Club in Des Moines, where he hosts his own bi-monthly showcase called The Glory Hole. He hosts shows in small towns across Iowa, including a recurring show in his hometown and producing the Funlap Comedy Festival. He has the experience to know when he's the right fit for a show, and when to hand it off.

January 29, 2024I'll start with saying this group of comedians were a hit even before the show...
Once the show started I was happy to witness some of our more stoic employees laugh, and some of them giggled the entire show. Overall ...great show. Glad we went with Matt and his crew, and if management wants to do entertainment again, they'll be on the short list.
