The tables and chairs were delivered promptly, accompanied by excellent customer service and a warm smile. The pricing is extremely reasonable, and their flexibility in accommodating last-minute equipment needs has been invaluable. Kristen was SO easy to work with and lovely to meet! She sent photos with options for us and had to take several trips to get everything to us, but didn't charge for the extra mileage. She even threw in an extra table because she was worried it would be too snug with the number of chairs we had at each. The chairs we rented were brand new and perfect! When she came to pick up the chairs, she mentioned she had an unexpected trip to the ER that morning as she had cut her hand. And yet, she still came on time and was as pleasant as ever. I can tell she's very connected in the industry as she had been to another event with our same musician. She's a gem! Wish we had more events so we could hire her again!
