The Art In Service
Overview
The Art in Service provides food and beverage staffing and event rentals for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings. We supply trained servers, bartenders, event housemen, dishwashers, and prep cooks, along with day-of coordination. We also offer tables, chairs, linens, tents, portable bars, marquee letters, pipe and drape, and catering equipment with eight years in the event industry.
We've spent 20 years in hospitality, from luxury hotels to bare-bones venues, private estates, and wide-open farm properties. Whether you need two servers or a whole team with equipment, we show up prepared. You handle the celebrating. We handle the rest.

My nonprofit had a gala that had quite a few changes and needs. Our new venue space ended up smaller but when it came to the food service The Art in Service worked with it very well. Soukey’s team knew exactly what to do from setup, to the plate dinner, to the clearance of dishes, and the dessert table setup. They are professional at what they do, they come dressed professionally, and they work together as a team very efficiently. The dessert table that they setup was so nicely done and they made it look like art. At the end of our event they made sure that our leftover food was neatly packed and placed.

Originally from Queens, New York, she has built her career on excellence in service, from working in coffee shops and restaurants to overseeing hotel openings and managing large-scale banquets. Taking care of guests, clients, and teams is embedded in everything she does. As the owner of The Art in Service LLC, Soukey provides top-tier coordination, logistics, staffing, event-olanning, and training services, helping venues, businesses, and DIY planners execute flawless events with precision and creativity.
Soukey’s hands-on, solution-driven approach is rooted in years of experience, making her a trusted resource for transforming visions into unforgettable realities. Whether managing a high-profile event or assisting a small business with operational systems, her passion for service and hospitality shines through in every project she undertakes.
Additional booking notes
All waitstaff will arrive promptly at the designated time requested, if not earlier. Keep in mind all services rendered are for 4 hours unless we discussed otherwise. If you need a server for longer than the contracted hours, you will be charged the contracted hourly rate of $50 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
When requesting waitstaff, knowing what the exact workload will be is essential towards us choosing the best waitstaff to suit your needs.
