Overview
With over 20 years experience as a bagpiper and performer, I have developed a large repetoire of tunes for any mood and any occasion. I am available to pipe for casual and formal events, and can appear in modern or historical (18th or 19th century) regalia. If you want to celebrate or memorialize with bagpipes, I can work with you to develop a set list that will work for your event. Generally available throughout West Virginia and southwestern Pennsylvania, but willing to travel for high-profile events or with payment to cover expenses.

Matty not only showed up on time but he found the cemetery! While the staff were walking the original section looking for my grand and great grandparents parents burial, he played and walked through the monuments. He made the experience remarkably memorable with his initiative.

I can't say enough how amazing Matty was - from start to finish - he had suggestions of songs to play as guests arrived and was super accommodating to everything we asked. He played a few songs for my father-in-law's military funeral and it was the perfect sendoff - I was in awe of how perfect he sounded playing the bagpipes, Amazing Grace was extraordinary. So many of our family and friends couldn't stop talking about how perfect Matty made the funeral - he honored our father-in-law in the most perfect way. I can't recommend him enough for any event!
