Professional staffing for your event
We provide bartenders, servers, captains, runners, bussers, cleaners and kitchen support for weddings, private parties, corporate events and venues, subject to availability. We provide labor only: food, beverages, ingredients, glassware, tableware, rentals and equipment are supplied by the client or venue.

Service area
Our standard service area is a 40-mile radius from Woodland Park, New Jersey. Events farther away are considered by request and incur additional travel-time and fuel charges, disclosed in the personalized quote before booking.

Planning your team
Please share your date, event address, guest count, service style, schedule and the number of staff requested. As a planning guideline, we recommend one server per 20 guests and one bartender per 50–70 guests. The final recommendation depends on the menu, bar service, venue layout and duties.

Hours and preparation
A five-hour minimum applies per staff member. The agreed schedule should include setup, guest service and breakdown; these tasks are included within the booked hours, not unlimited additional time. We confirm attire, responsibilities and any additional hours before booking.

Insurance and coordination
We carry General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance and provide invoices. Venue-specific insurance and certificate requirements must be reviewed before confirming a booking.
