Allen and Matthew were better than anything I could have hoped for. They arrived early, immediately asked how they could help, and throughout the evening consistently improved everyone’s experience. They integrated seamlessly with the chef & sous-chef, offering great support and ensuring all attendees had everything they needed. They made my father’s 70th birthday dinner a wonderful night and I refuse to work with any other company in the future because of how amazing they were.

Hello, my name is Allen. I am the founder and the heart of Exquisite Table Service. I started my culinary experience at the age of 16 years old, working for my mother who owned a Catering Service. A few years later, I was hired to work at a highly rated restaurant in Midtown, Manhattan. Starting out as a dishwasher, I was promoted within months to Garde Manger and worked my way up from there. Within the past 8 years, I have had the privilege of working at some of the best restaurants and working and being mentored by some of the finest culinary experts on the East Coast. In 2015, I developed Exquisite Table Service, to combine my passion for cooking and providing the ultimate client experience from start to finish.
