I hired a bartender for an event in Las Vegas for a corporate conference. It turns out that the hotel wouldn't allow the bartender to work without the proper cards (she had just moved to the area). Both Jane and the bartender were great at handling the unfortunate situation and we processed the refund off-site. Jane was very easy to get a hold of the entire time. I highly recommend Superior Serving for their professionalism.
