I will perform in full Scottish regalia and tradition. I will always arrive at least 30 minute prior to the start of an event. Communication is key to the quality of the event. You can suggest any tune however be aware that some are not playable on the pipes. We will have to come to an agreement on tune selection.
I am a retired USAR Col with 31 years of service. I addended the Balmoral School of Piping and Drumming in Pittsburgh, PA and many workshops. I play weddings, funerals, memorial and other events. I consider playing the pipes as a ministry to inspire and bring comfort to the audience.
The pipes are a fickle instrument and most of the tome play wonderfully just be aware on rare occasions malfunctions will occur.
