Whether I’m speaking in a church, boardroom, or conference, I equip people to live the story they were made for.

What to expect
When I speak, my goal isn’t to impress—it’s to connect. To speak to the real, often-overlooked spaces in a leader’s life where purpose gets tangled, performance takes over, and burnout quietly creeps in.
Audiences can expect a Gospel-centered, psychologically grounded, and deeply human approach to leadership and personal development. I draw from years as a pastor, my work with entrepreneurs and executives, and an ongoing study of Scripture, psychology, and neuroscience. But more than that—I speak as someone who’s been in the tension, navigated the uncertainty, and learned to walk in purpose through seasons of both breakthrough and brokenness.
Whether I’m speaking to a room of business leaders, church staff, creatives, or men’s ministry teams, here’s what you can expect:
A clear message rooted in biblical truth and personal application
Storytelling that resonates and reveals—drawing out emotion, insight, and connection
A challenge to step into the storm, not avoid it—with courage, clarity, and character
Simple, actionable takeaways—no hype, no fluff, just real movement forward
An invitation to deeper alignment with the story God is writing in your life
I don’t believe in surface-level motivation or cookie-cutter messages. Every audience is different. That’s why I customize each talk to your context and your people. Whether your group needs to be encouraged, sharpened, aligned, or reawakened—I meet them where they are and point them forward.
My speaking style is authentic and direct, filled with humor, grit, and grace. I bring real stories from real life—failures, faith, and the hard-earned wisdom that comes from walking it out. I’m not here to impress your audience. I’m here to invite them into something deeper, something truer. A way of living that doesn't just sound good—but actually works.
Most of all, I want people to walk away feeling two things:
Seen.
Empowered.
Seen in their current reality—and empowered to live, love, and lead in the story they were made for.
So whether you’re hosting a leadership summit, a men’s retreat, a business conference, or a church gathering, I’ll bring a message that honors the stage, speaks to the soul, and leaves people different than they came in.
About
For over 20 years, I’ve helped organizations uncover and tell great stories. From churches to startups to nonprofits and established companies, I’ve had a front-row seat to their public messaging—and a backstage pass to what was really happening behind the curtain.
And what I saw broke my heart.
Behind compelling branding and mission statements were leaders burned out, teams stuck in survival mode, and cultures held together by duct tape and hustle. Marketing had become a distraction—something to polish the surface instead of addressing the soul of the organization.
That realization changed everything for me.
I stopped focusing on the story they were telling and started helping leaders rediscover the story they were actually living. Not the version meant for the public, but the honest, God-given one beneath the surface. The one where purpose is reclaimed, identity is re-centered, and culture is rebuilt with intention and integrity.
Because marketing can’t fix misalignment.
But clarity can.
Now, my work is all about helping Christian leaders live with courage, lead with purpose, and love like Jesus—from the inside out. I walk alongside individuals and leadership teams to align identity, leadership, and outcomes with the Author of their story—so they can stop performing and start abiding in the work they were created to do.
My background as a pastor gave me a deep love for people. My time in business taught me how to translate that into systems, strategy, and sustainable leadership. Today, I blend both—offering coaching, speaking, and consulting that doesn’t just inspire change, but helps build it.
Whether you’re a CEO trying to lead from a place of faith without losing your edge, a church leader longing for alignment between your calling and your calendar, or a creative entrepreneur navigating identity and impact—I’m here to help you charge the storm and walk it out.
Because you were made on purpose. For a purpose.
Even if we never work together, let me remind you:
Your story matters.
Hard times will come. You can’t control that.
But you can decide how you’ll walk through them—and who you’ll become on the other side.
Grace and peace,
Brad O’Hara

Influences and inspiration
My approach is shaped by a blend of leadership thinkers, storytellers, theologians, and behavioral scientists. I draw inspiration from voices like John Maxwell and Ken Blanchard on servant leadership, Patrick Lencioni and Simon Sinek on organizational health, and Jordan Peterson, Carl Jung, and Viktor Frankl on identity, meaning, and transformation. I also lean into the faith-centered wisdom of Rocky Fleming, the spiritual clarity of Matthew Kelly, and the science-backed insights of Paul Zak on trust and connection.
Each of these thinkers has helped me build a coaching and speaking style that’s both deeply human and practically powerful.
