Additional booking notes
I keep my technical needs simple, so your team can focus on the event itself. For most presentations, I only need a microphone, a projector or screen for optional visuals, and space to move and interact with the audience. I work well with handheld or lapel microphones, standard stage lighting, and basic sound systems.
If the room is small, I can present without amplification. I do not require special staging, complex lighting, or additional equipment. My goal is to make setup easy, flexible, and stress free for your event team.
Influences and inspiration
I am strongly influenced by the speakers, coaches, and trainers I learned from at the International Maxwell Conference held in Orlando, Florida, from August 31 to September 3, 2026. Watching world class communicators break down leadership with clarity, energy, and authenticity shaped the way I approach my own speaking. Their ability to inspire through storytelling, connect with diverse audiences, and turn leadership principles into practical action steps pushed me to elevate my craft and pursue Maxwell certification. That experience continues to guide how I motivate teams, empower educators, and help audiences grow with purpose and confidence.
