Described as 'the biker executive' with an engaging style along the lines of 'classy rebellion', Lisa has wowed audiences from stages that include women’s empowerment events, professional associations, and corporate and industry events, including INBOUND. Her keen ability to connect with audiences from ten to 1000, coupled with her knowledge and experience in leading high-performing teams, makes her the surefire choice for any industry.

Twenty-two years of sales and leadership experience in a Fortune 100 company - including leading a high performing sales team that performed in the top 5% of the company nationwide - has taught Lisa what it takes to fuel success in a fast-paced, ever-changing business landscape. Lisa inspires audiences to improve their performance and kick their potential into high gear.

She holds a Master's Degree from USF, is Everything DiSC certified, and a John Maxwell Team coach/trainer/speaker. When she's not living life at full throttle, Lisa is happiest at home in Sioux Falls, SD with her husband, two children, and 100-pound lab, Milo.

Depending on the presentation, Lisa may request a projector and screen for Powerpoint, audio hook-up, and/or a whiteboard or flip chart with markers. Because she moves around to connect with your audience, Lisa likes to have a Countryman or lapel microphone.

On occasion, Lisa likes to use props such as motorcycles. She has been successful connecting with motorcycle dealerships who happily provide demos to be displayed near the stage. Lisa will work directly with your event planner if this is something that will benefit your event.
