ABOUT JASON

Jason grew up in the small coal-mining village of Minto, New Brunswick. Before becoming a professional hypnotist and speaker, he was a competitive hockey player who played at the AAA and Junior A levels.

His athletic background taught him the importance of preparation, discipline, confidence, mental rehearsal, and performing under pressure. Those early experiences ultimately helped shape his work as a mental performance specialist and his passion for helping others recognize what becomes possible when they learn to direct their minds.
