Crystal M. NeVille, is a passionate Speaker, visionary and Executive Director of the non-profit Speak Life Empowerment Nation; a multi-culture stress relief and empowerment organization in the Birmingham metro area since 2010. Crystal was born in New Orleans, La. and raised in the beautiful city of Birmingham, where she spent her childhood.

Crystal aspired to help empower and uplift other women after experiencing several devastating and life-changing events in her own life. Her mission is focused on helping women recognize that self-care is very important for every woman to live an enriched and thriving life. Her goal is to help women feel and trust that it is always okay to embrace and enjoy the person that lives within, to take the opportunity to celebrate life without the stress that comes with daily demands.

Crystal is a nine year veteran of the United States Coast Guard. She has been married to her husband Gary NeVille since 1987. She is a mother to four adult children and a grandmother of four.
