Heather Murdock

My prayer and goal for any event is not just to touch women's hearts, but change women. You can expect depth, authenticity, transparency and passion in my delivery, as well as small group workshop experiences to practice the biblical tools from my teaching. I love to integrate media into my workshops, so that every type of learner is engaged in the process. I have relationships with other speakers, comedians and worship leaders that I can connect with to bring into the process if needed.

I'm a speaker and writer who is committed to the call to equip others, especially women, to have the freedom that is only possible through Christ. My heart is to build a community of believers who love and pursue God with their whole heart, soul, mind and strength. I see a transformed generation, a generation set free to live in the power and victory of the Holy Spirit. A generation unleashed for God's glory.

I lived many years trapped in the bondage of perfectionism and performance until I met Jesus and He showed me that my worth is in Him, not in the world’s view, or even in my own view. I experienced, firsthand, the miracle of healing and forgiveness, and have fully recovered from an eating disorder that held me captive for twenty years I eagerly seek to spread His message of hope to those who are hurting and lost. I absolutely love God's Word and love to inspire others to love it too!

My husband and I live in El Dorado County where we raise our teenage children. My husband is a job coach for the developmentally disabled and I'm Vice President of Human Resources for a global tech company. We serve joyfully in our local church and, this year, have been traveling to churches to share our testimony of God's goodness and grace in some really hard times in our marriage. We are being restored!
