I have learned so much being in your training today. Effective communication is an area that I have struggled with being a Supervisor. You have given me the ability to walk away from your training confident in making clear and concise decisions as to when communication is necessary. I’ve learned that “If it’s meant to be it’s up to me.” That is a very powerful quote that will stick me in my future endeavors. Thank you!

Mr. Clasberry's presentation was an inspiring reminder that transformational leadership begins with personal growth. His focus on being intentional and consistent highlighted the importance of taking ownership of our actions and development.

The life report card (faith, family, fun, fitness, and friends) encouraged me to reflect on maintaining a balance in all areas of life. His discussion of the four quarters of life and question, "Where do you want to be in your 4th quarter?' challenged us to think about the legacy we want to create.

Two quotes that stood out were "If it is to be, it's up to me" and When your why is big enough, you will make it happen." These messages reinforced the importance of accountability, purpose, and commitment. His advice to schedule a "You Day" was a practical reminder that personal renewal is essential.

Overall, Mr. Clasberry provided valuable insight on developing a growth mindset and becoming a more intentional, purpose-driven leader.

Mr. C is an amazing speaker. He truly helped me understand the importance of planning for the future and recognizing where you are in life, because it plays a big role in shaping your goals. His message reminded me that life isn’t just about yourself—it’s also about your family and your faith.

He communicated his message clearly, welcomed questions, and made everyone feel engaged. I’m looking forward to reading his book once it’s completed.

Our CPM class had the pleasure of having Mr. Clasberry as our instructor today, and I was truly impressed. His passion for leadership, personal growth, and inspiring others was evident from the moment he began speaking.

His presentation was engaging, thought provoking, and full of practical lessons that I can apply in both my personal and professional life. He challenged us to think differently, step outside our comfort zones, and strive to become better leaders and better people.

I had the privilege of experiencing Clasberry in a Leadership class I am taking. He was very knowledgeable of the subject matter and believes in his message of H.O.P.E.
