I am a flute soloist and I provide my services to couples who want to add the special touch of live music to their ceremony, cocktail hour, and/or first dance. I play modern favorites as well as popular classical pieces. I use piano accompaniment tracks to create a soft, elegant experience. All equipment is provided by me, and I will take up to three special song requests to make your big day even more personalized. Hello, my name is Melanie Rae Reynolds. I am a local artist and music professional. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of California Riverside. I have been entertaining audiences in Southern California and beyond for the last 10+ years. When I’m not creating musical experiences at weddings, I am teaching music! I am a flute, bass, guitar, piano, ukulele, and voice instructor. I host karaoke a few nights a week for fun. I write songs, play bass, and sing in my own rock band. I also play in a Beatles tribute, a Neil Young tribute, and I play guitarron in mariachis occasionally.

I provide all necessary sound equipment. I will amplify both the flute as well as my pre-recorded piano accompaniment tracks. My setup is wireless, however I will need an outlet to plug in the mixing board (this can be out of sight and away from performance area/guests if necessary).
