EventFull by KWEEN provides professional catering and private dining services for a variety of event settings, including private events, corporate meetings, productions, and on-location experiences.
Setup & Space Requirements
* A clean, safe, level area for food preparation, setup, and service.
* Adequate table space for food presentation and service; additional tables may be requested depending on the package.
* Access to standard electrical outlets when needed for food-service equipment.
* Access to a sink or water source may be required for certain on-site services.
* Adequate parking and reasonable access to the event space for loading and unloading.
Lighting & Sound
Specialized stage lighting or sound equipment is not required for standard catering services. EventFull by KWEEN does not provide venue-wide sound or staging unless specifically arranged as part of the event.
For productions, filming, or specialty events, setup requirements can be discussed and coordinated with the event planner or production team in advance.
Venue Coordination
Final setup requirements depend on the menu, guest count, service style, venue, and length of service. We appreciate receiving venue restrictions, load-in instructions, parking information, and any special requirements before the event so everything can be planned smoothly.
