Donny is an author, motivational speaker, trainer, and founder of Ingram Management Group. For the last twenty-eight years, he has worked in sales & marketing as well as training and development for both government and corporate America. Donny served over 21 years with the United States Air Force and finished his career at Air University in Montgomery, Alabama. He is responsible for the development of “Engaging for Success” a corporate training program that focuses on human design, communication, and attitude.

For the last 20 years, Donny has trained and coached personnel in the area of soft skills such as engagement, sales, sales management, customer service and personal development. He is a certified continuing education trainer for the Alabama State Board of HV/AC contractors. He also serves as a contract trainer for several educational institutions

Donny’s success in senior leadership with major organizations, his experience as a small business owner, his skill in recruiting, developing and managing people, and his knowledge gained from serving on a foreign military sales team to the Middle East make him the perfect speaker for many audiences.
Donny’s entertaining style will captivate every listener as he trains and inspires with practical, real-life information. His training is simple, practical, easy to remember and can be put to use immediately. Donny has been married to wife Charlotte for over 42 years and they have raised three successful sons. Together they developed “Success in the Home” a marriage and family relationship training series. They have lived, worked and studied abroad with many different cultures and nationalities. Donny has a goal of helping people recognize their true potential and maximize their efforts in order to live life to its fullest.

I have worked with groups as small as 8 to as many as 7,000. The room and the location will dictate the need for sound, lighting and audiovisual needs.
