I contracted two servers from DreamStaff to help with my wedding reception and they were great! They showed up on time, they took direction well from our Day-Of-Coordinator and they worked hard throughout the entire process. The reception would not have been possible without their help. I ultimately chose DreamStaff because of their professionalism. Their responses during the planning process were diligent and timely, and provided adequate information in order to make an effective decision. Wedding planning is stressful, so a reliable vendor makes a huge difference. I understand corporate email culture can get silly sometimes, and template style emails are not always needed as an email thread grows, but when another vendor on this site we were considering were sending us one word responses to a request that needed multiple answers I began to question if it was even a person I was messaging with and whether or not they were a scam. That being said, it was genuinely refreshing to interact with DreamStaff and have them send professional and timely messages that made the whole process easier. I would recommend anyone seeking a server or bartender to work with DreamsStaff, it will ultimately make your event so much smoother!

I had a wonderful experience hiring this company for a bridal shower party. Working with the owner, Renika, was incredibly easy—she was responsive and professional throughout. Our bartender, Aikam, was punctual, friendly, and went above and beyond by helping us set up tables and get everything organized before the event. She was also fantastic with the kids, which was a huge plus! Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We hired a server and bartender and the 2 gals who showed up were professional in appearance and skill. They were on time and did everything required. Also, the communication when booking and sharing details of the party, etc was easy and with timely responses.

The staff were very slow and inexperienced. The night went well overall but it could have been a lot better. It was almost like they needed supervision all the time. We were initially told they came with a lot of experience.
