Nicole Stankovic
CO-FOUNDER

Originally from Park City, Utah, Nicole began her bartending journey in the restaurant industry in 2016 and started working events across Washington in 2019. Currently, she is the prep person and bartender at The Doctor’s Office in Capitol Hill, which was recently one of the top 100 best bars in North America. In 2022, Nicole was one of forty out of 500 global applicants selected to train with the Cocktail Apprentice Program (CAP) at Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans, the world’s premier cocktail conference.

While Nicole loves working in bars and restaurants, her true passion lies in cocktail creation and bartending events, where she enjoys being part of people’s happiest celebrations. In addition to bartending, she works as a piano teacher and research coordinator and holds a Master of Music and Master of Public Health from the University of Washington.

Christopher Ryan
CO-FOUNDER

Christopher Ryan has been in the service industry since 2011, starting his career in fine dining. He later worked as a bartender at Anthony’s Homeport in Edmonds and spent five years managing another event bartending company in Washington. Chris then took on the role of bar manager and event operations at SE Productions, where he managed bar programs for events hosting over 2,000 attendees.

With a deep passion for cocktail development, Christopher believes the best part of being a bartender is the opportunity to be a “merry maker” for guests. Outside of bartending, he is also a dedicated music producer, channeling his creativity into both drinks and music.
