He has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Christian Counseling. Tony is an exciting inspirational, leadership orator. He serves as Chairman of the Rules Committee on Governor Cooper's MH/DD/SAS Commission. Tony has been gifted with the ability to teach, encourage, and inspire a diverse audience.
