Hey! I'm DJ J-Tux, an open-format DJ who believes great music and great energy can turn any event into an unforgettable experience.

For me, DJing is about more than just playing songs. As an open-format DJ, I enjoy playing a wide variety of music and moving between genres to keep the experience fresh and exciting. Latin music is one of my strongest areas, and I love bringing that sound and energy to the dance floor. Whether the crowd is feeling reggaeton, salsa, bachata, hip-hop, R&B, pop, throwbacks, country, or a mix of everything, my goal is to find the right music for the moment.

## Equipment & Technical Requirements

I bring 10 years of DJ experience and a professional DJ setup designed to help create a great sound and atmosphere for your event. My equipment includes two QSC K.12 powered speakers, a Harbinger subwoofer, and a Gig Bar Move lighting system to help bring energy to the dance floor.

For the best experience, I ask that clients provide a safe, level setup area with access to reliable electrical outlets. The space should be large enough to accommodate my DJ setup and speakers, with suitable placement for sound coverage and lighting.

For outdoor events, a covered area and protection from weather are important to keep equipment safe. Setup space, power availability, event location, guest count, and any venue-specific sound or lighting restrictions can be discussed in advance so everything runs smoothly.

Every event is different, and I'm happy to discuss your venue and technical needs ahead of time to help ensure the setup is appropriate for your celebration.
