I’ve been DJing/MCing for 8 years. I’ve DJed and MCed hundreds of events including: Knotts Berry Farm, Dave and Busters, weddings, school events, bar mitzvahs, sweet 16s, corporate events, clubs, etc. Whether it’s an audience full of children, a crowd of young adults, an event for the elderly or a mixture of all three, I can keep everyone engaged and dancing! Incredible DJ for adults and kids alike!

After she did an incredible Halloween party for us a couple years ago, we brought DJ Mel back for my son’s 10th birthday last night. Boy did she deliver!!

Every guest feedback was “ This is the most awesome party we’ve ever been to.” DJ Mel can read the room, figure out what needs to be played, emcees master fully to get everyone out onto the dance floor. She has this warm and welcoming kinetic energy about her that just gets everyone lively and dancing. She does great games and contests which are fun for all the guests. She pay special attention to the guest of honor, in this case our now 10-year-old son. From the first hour of what turned out to be a four hour dance party, she had the dance floor packed, with about 2/3 of 140 guests on it at any given time. Her equipment is second to none with great musical quality and microphone. she has excellent help for set up and take down. And she makes great suggestions, which we went with a bunch. For example, do you have any idea how incredible it is to get fire dancers for an outdoor dance floor? Mel had them! Plus a completely dope Photo Booth that matched our theme perfectly, professionally set up and well run- also her vendor. And, she really hyped up my son and his cousin’s special surprise, a mini rock concert featuring both of them on guitar and bass.

We played it by ear and extended the party for an hour because people were having such a good time and not a single guest wanted to leave.

We are so grateful DJ Mel brought her enormous talents to our house party. If you are considering hiring her, don’t think twice. Ask her to text you her compilation video of Tommy‘s birthday party, as it speaks even louder than my words can. Ask her to put you in touch with me as a reference. You can’t go wrong with DJ Mel!!! Just make sure to book her months in advance because she is doing so well, her calendar fills up quick!

Don't think twice before hiring DJ Mel for your event! She was simply amazing! We had our wedding at a venue in Van Nuys CA. DJ Mel way over delivered on our expectations in so many ways! she is organized, detailed, and not only did an exceptional job as DJ, she also served as the MC for our event! With guests ranging from all ages (16-85), she had EVERYONE up dancing! She knew exactly when and how to say the right things, and everything at the right time. She has the personality and attitude to help make your event an exceptional success!

EXCELLENT AS DJ AND EMCEE!!!!!!!

Really Mel was the best of the best. Even though we had 6 performers Mel was chosen by everybody to be the BEST DJ and EMCEE. he conducted the whole part, interact with people, organize the performers without a single mistake. Everything was under her control. Now I plan to count on Mel every single party we do and strongly recommend her. She was communicative, energetic, up to date in all kind of music and made Everybody dance!!! and cheer. She also wrote a song for my wife (50th birthda) and everybody left the party singing the chorus of her song!!!!Really was the Best!!

Best DJ ever!

Mel went above and beyond at my birthday/Halloween/divorce party. She knows how to read the room and play songs that the whole party will enjoy and get them off their seat and onto the dance floor. She set up party games which I had not planned but was probably the best part and what people enjoyed the most! She is very dedicated as she even showed up with a sprang ankle and was standing during the event! I am so grateful for her and I will definitely rebook her for any future events. Thank you Mel!!
