Tim flew in to Chandler, AZ from L.A. to help me execute a Fire & Ice themed New Year's Eve party. I picked him up from the Airport and after just a little bit of getting to know him I could tell this guy was an adamant professional and a seriously good human in general. Tim was asking questions in a manner that showed he really cared about my guests' experience. I only wish he lived in AZ so we could have him at our places lighting it up all the time.
