I have 6+ years of experience in different performance arts ranging from clown to puppetry. I offer shows and interactive character experiences for all ages with my unique clown characters and handmade puppets. Whether you are interested in a classic puppet show for your child's birthday or a debaucherous clown for your bachelor/bachelorette party, I am dedicated to bringing a fun, unforgettable experience to your event. The services I provide are:
Clowning, Mime, and Puppetry
I am very flexible and open to discussion, but the way I typically structure a performance is one of two ways, or a combination of both:
1.) Roaming/interactive character
- This can be as a clown or with puppets. I will move around the space, interacting with guests and livening up the room with games and tricks. These interactive elements will be based on the type of event and the age of the guests. This can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
2.) Putting on a show
- I can set up a small performance space (a small theater for puppets or a table for a clown show) and do a 30 minute show. Content will also be based on event type and audience age, as well as what the client is looking for.
Puppet Shows:
My puppets are all handmade. They are handpuppets with styles similar to the Muppets or Mr Roger's Neighborhood.
I have shows for children and adults. I am also willing to devise a special show specifically for you.
Clown Shows:
My clowns love to have fun and maybe get in a little trouble. These are also for both children and adults. Some of my clowns include Yoshkimo the Grand (all ages), Safety Pin (adults only), and more!

I have been making puppets and performing for most of my life. Bringing joy to a room as a clown or with a puppet is the closest thing to magic I have found in the world. Most of my training comes from experience, but I have studied with modern clown masters Dean Evans, Chad Damiani, and Jet Eveleth. I also regularly perform and teach clown at the Playground Theater every other Saturday for my show "Keep It Stupid, Stupid (KISS)." I am a member of Rabbit Foot Puppetry and The Sunshine Puppeteers as well.
Chicago has been my home for over a year now and it is my favorite place in the world. The clown and puppet communities I have found here are constantly inspiring me to create new work. I look forward to sharing some of it with you!
For smaller events, I can provide a speaker system and any props/set pieces I need.
For larger events in a bigger space, I may require at least one stage light and a proper sound system.
