She mentors and coaches numerous millennial leaders and varied faith communities, passing on a love and understanding of the Biblical roots of worship and Spirit-fueled presence of God. As songwriter and speaker, keynote or workshop content expresses her personal journey of faith, with its struggles and triumphs, and reflects a reverence and love for a God Who reveals Himself to people at the crossroads of “real-life”.

December 14, 2018Delray is a gifted and anointed worship leader who has an in depth knowledge of Scripture and a genuine love for God and people. When Delray speaks, the people listen. All who attended the Women of Worship Spring conference were extremely blessed by her. All she does she does with excellence unto the Lord. We look forward to having her back again ... and again!
