The acoustic duo of D and Chi got their start busking on the streets of the Bishop Arts district in Dallas Texas. The duo focuses on lyrical substance and vocal harmonies to connect with a crowd that is best described as “positive”. Their fans describe their music like a breath of fresh air, giving off good vibes, capturing the attention of everyone as they sing. Their first acoustic EP, “Music on Streets” that is available on iTunes and Spotify. They recently opened for Grammy nominated artist Mali Music in front of a sold out crowd. Other venues/events D and Chi has played include Coffee House Tour 2014, The Prophet Bar, Live Music Showcase, Dallas Museum of Arts, North by North Texas Festival, House of Blues, and various other private events and charities. Currently, they are working on their acoustic and full band albums.

What started as an acoustic duo project has evolved into a full band experiment. Yes, D and Chi focus on lyrical substance and vocal harmonies but with the full band they boast a tight sound and anthemic Ballads filled with Passion to connect with a crowd that is best described as expectant

We operate during our rehearsals with an 8 channel board and two 10 inch monitor speakers. Our electric plays through his amp, as well as the bass thorough his amp. Keys goes through the system as well as the two vocals and acoustic guitar. Drums aren't Mic'd
