I had the privilege of having Courtney P Lacey come into the Franklin County jail to speak with the women in the Pathways program, and I cannot say enough about the impact she made. The women we serve are navigating trauma, substance use, incarceration, broken relationships, and the difficult process of rebuilding their lives.
