My experience as a bartender and server will show in how I am constantly working and not standing around with either cleaning up, stocking or going above and beyond the initial duties assigned such as helping clear glassware as a bartender. I will interact with the guests and get to know them while serving them or preparing drinks and can remember details such as what they ordered the last time when coming up to the bar or any substitutions they were requesting. Before I leave the event, I will clean up the whole bar area and put things where they are needed which includes wiping down all counters, cleaning up any remaining items and taking out the trash.
