I was so happy with this group! Meagan and Roger were great to work with! I HIGHLY recommend them! We used this group for a 520 guest count party and they were very professional and went above and beyond! I wish I had another event to use them again!

The waitstaff and bartender were awesome. They jumped right in and set up and helped with everything throughout the party. They were present but not obtrusive. At the end of the party everything was cleaned up extremely well. The only reason u am giving 4 stars is that the entire staff was late and arrived right at the party start time. They were supposed to arrive 45 min prior to the party to setup the bar and help me with finishing touches but, instead I spent that time frantically trying to finish up and figure out what to do if they didn’t arrive since there had also been no communication that they would be late. Meagan did refund part of the money and came to check on things personally, which was appreciated, but didn’t help me get things off the best start, which was frustrating on such an important day. Everything else was 5 star for sure. I would for sure try again with them.

This was my second time using Celeste and Co, and once again they sent amazing staff! Larry was absolutely wonderful at my birthday party. He handled the food setup beautifully, kept the buffet fully stocked throughout the event, and even took the time to cut up and arrange the fruit display perfectly.
He was extremely courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful the entire evening. What stood out most was how diligent and attentive he was — always making sure everything stayed organized and guests were taken care of. His support helped everything run smoothly and allowed me to truly enjoy my party.
I highly recommend Celeste and Co and would definitely hire Larry again!

The servers that came were amazing! They jumped straight into action and took care of all the little things with the buffet table and ensured that everything was seamless and cleaned up. They were amazing and so friendly. Definitely recommend for any large events!

I want to start by saying that before our event I had never met Meghan and her team, so my whole review is being written on my single experience with them and WOW!! Celeste & Co. were an absolute gift to our wedding day. From the moment Meghan and Christian arrived, they brought a level of professionalism, warmth, and calm that instantly put me (the bride) and everybody at ease! They handled every detail with such intention, quietly stepping in wherever needed, anticipating things before we even had to ask, and making the entire day feel seamless.
Our guests commented on how attentive, kind, and organized the team was. Drinks were always refreshed, food was beautifully managed, and the flow of the day felt effortless because they were always one step ahead. They blended into the event in the best way: present, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone felt cared for. They just went completely above and beyond; I was worried because we were having the ceremony and reception in the same place and had to flip the room, I worried it was going to be confusing for guests; but I was completely at ease to just enjoy my day and take pictures because they executed it perfectly!! I just cant say enough good things :)
What stood out most was their kindness. They treated our wedding as if it were their own, respectful of our vision, mindful of the atmosphere we wanted, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire day. Meghan was also completely transparent during the whole planning process, I was a DIY Bride who planned the wedding myself so when I booked them to help with hospitality she gave a lot of great insight into what she had seen in the pasted as to what worked vs. what was not going to be realistic to help us get the outcome we wanted!! My aunt must've said to me 5 times during the wedding "that gal Meghan is just so on top of it!" lol; I don't have many photos yet but just look at the below! The wedding was lowkey and I was fully expecting to just have my new husband fetch me a drink but we walked in from taking photos to drinks already poured for us with garnish and all! :D
