I have been graced with the unique opportunity to work alongside Carmone and under his excellent tutelage for 5 months of intense Social Work internship. I also have witnessed his unique gifting, talent, and mantle to broken humanity operate in the field of society. In Carmone Owens you have an anomaly of a human being. Carome is a dynamic Christian speaker, trainer and encourager. He engages the audience in such a manner that you hang on to his every word never wanting him to end. I had the privilege of training with Carmone at a 4-week church event on "Teaching To Transform Not Inform". He was very interactive with the participants and left them with tools and techniques they can use in in future. Carmone is captivating and is always being sought out for various speaking engagements. He is definitely one of a kind.

Carmone Owens is a dynamic speaker always well prepared for the occasion he encounter. My friend and a personal mentor Carmone Ownes spoke at SafetyNet Academy back in July of this year to the adolescent boys we house in Minter, Alabama ages 12 to 18 years old. Carmone deliver a powerful message about changing the way you think and thinking more positively. He shared points on how and why you should take responsibility for your behaviors. Why you should surround yourself with positive peers or positive role model. He briefly shared why you should surround yourself with inspirational materials and people and considering the consequences for negative behavior. Carmone biggest points was how to develop a positive mindset, the result you get with positive thinking and concerning the out come of your actions behand. I personal thought his impact was awesome but the response and feed back I got from the young men and department coworker was unbelievable and unforgettable weeks following his presence. The message was productive and fruitful in the eyes of the young men and the staff at SafetyNet Academy. Thank you Carmone Owens!!!

Carmone Owens, takes motivation to a whole other level. Everyone has that one reach for the stars dream, in their head that in conscious mind feels silly and unrealistic to attain. Carmone can make a person know that it is realistic, and with the right tools, hard work, and dedication you can do it! I am not just speaking from a personal perspective either. Not only did he put back the motivation inside me, but I sat silently and watched as he did this for many others, too. This is truly motivation on a whole new tip the scales kind of form. I would say if he cannot motivate you, then no one can, but that is simply not true. Even people that do not want to be motivated will be by Carmone, it has to be a natural gift. It's truly the only way I am able to explain or begin to understand it!
