For most gigs, we can bring all the equipment we need to play. However, there are a few details that will help us prepare, including:

How far do we need to carry the equipment, and what obstacles might we face, such as stairs or mud?
Is there a time limit for setup?
Are we playing with other bands?
Will there be enough space for our equipment?
How far are the nearest electrical outlets?
Do you have equipment you expect us to use, such as a house sound system or kit?
How do you expect us to dress and act?
How loud do you want us to play?
