Here’s what you can expect when you book Breezy Sips:

- A licensed, insured bartender who handles your bar from start to finish
- A bar set up for your event, plus a drink menu built around your guest count, venue, and ideas
- Dry hire service: you provide the alcohol, and we bring the experience, tools, and a calm, friendly presence behind the bar
- Add-ons if you want them, like mixers, ice, wine and champagne service, a second bar setup, and more
- Clear communication and a simple process, so the bar is one less thing for you or your planner to manage

Every event is different, so your package is customized to fit your vibe, your venue, and your guests. I serve weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, and milestone celebrations across East Tennessee, including Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains.

Hi, I’m Bree, the owner of Breezy Sips, a woman-owned, licensed and insured mobile bartending business serving East Tennessee. I’m a culinary school grad with over a decade in food and beverage, and I’ve spent years behind the bar building friendships with the people I serve.

Breezy Sips started after I catered a wedding five years ago and cried during the first dances. I realized I wanted to be part of these once in a lifetime moments. I’m a deep feeling girl who loves celebrating life’s milestones, from weddings to showers and everything in between.

Every event is different, so I customize my service to fit your vibe, your venue, and your guest list. You provide the alcohol, and I bring the know-how and a whole lot of heart. Let’s make your day one to remember!

Here’s what I need at your event to give you great service:

- Lighting: The bar area needs enough light for me to work safely and see what I’m pouring, especially for evening events. If your venue doesn’t have much, let me know and we’ll plan around it.
- Cover for outdoor events: If we’re outside, the bar needs to be covered by a tent, pavilion, or other roof. I also offer a pop-up tent as an add-on if you don’t have a way to cover the bar.
- Space: A level spot for the bar with room for me to set up, close to where your guests will be.
- Trash: I don’t haul trash away, so please have a spot for trash bags at the end of the event, like a dumpster, trash cans, or a pickup plan with your venue.
- Alcohol storage: I take my coolers with me at the end of the night, so you’ll need a fridge, cooler, or other cold storage on site for any leftover alcohol that needs to stay cold.
