Professional and Polished

I recently hosted a corporate event and used Bottoms Up Bartending to perform bar service, they really gave the event a that extra sparkle. The staff are professional, fast an organized while also maintaining a warm friendly energy to the event. I will be using their excellent services again. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

We hired Bottoms Up for a corporate event and they were a huge hit. Professional with the right amount of personality. The drinks were great, our guests couldn’t stop raving about them.

10/10 Would Book Again

These guys are new in the trade, but I have always loved supporting a startup so took a chance. They showed up early, were set up quick which made my stress of the event lighten and instantly were visiting with our guests, which brought such a good energy to the party right away.

Honestly, Bottoms Up absolutely made the night. From the second the bartenders showed up, the energy was just so good... friendly, fun, and super easy to talk to. The drinks were flowing fast, there were never long waits, and everything felt really seamless and organized without ever feeling stiff or corporate. The girls at Bottom Up bring such a bubbly light energy that really helped our team connect and bond. They were like professional ice breakers who served drinks which we loved. It was one of those nights where you don’t have to think about anything, you just enjoy yourself, knowing everything was covered and taken care of hospitality wise. Would 100% book them again.

THE PROCESS
Booking:
With a hospitality-first mindset, we aim to offer flexibility with our pricing structure and ease of mind for organizers. With bartending services as our primary offering, organizers can select one of our several bar packages to fit their vision and their budgets.
Our pre-designed menu options allow for simplified service during themed events, while open bar packages allow the organizer freedom with their beverage choices. For all events we offer custom shopping lists to assist in the collection process.
Want to enhance your event with servers, DJ's, or social entertainers? We've curated a roster of experienced, Vancouver based talent that we have worked with and trust to bring your event to the next level.
We offer free consultations and custom quotes, send us an email and we'd love to discuss your event!

Before Your Event:
During the lead-up to your event, we will provide you with a custom shopping list to assist in purchasing everything you need to fulfill your vision. Any non-alcoholic ingredients and equipment required are agreed on during the booking process will be provided by the Bottoms Up Bartending team.
While working with Bottoms Up Bartending, you gain access to our community partnerships with local businesses to help you get the best value for stocking your event.
Depending on venue and your desired bar set-up, our team may request the opportunity to visit the venue ahead of time to create a seamless experience on the day. You can also request this from us to get a better vision for your event.
48 hours before your event you can expect an email confirming all the details that have been discussed, allowing for last minute changes.

Event Day:
On event day, the focus is on you and your guests. Bartending staff arrive 45 minutes prior to the event time to set up. If additional time may be needed, this will be discussed ahead of time.
Servers, social entertainers, and other staff are scheduled to start based on what is agreed during booking.
We minimize the need for you to make decisions day-of so you can focus on enjoying the event with your guests. It is important to us that you connect with your guests on the big day! Leave the work to us!

After Your Event:
The day after your event, you can expect a follow up email to touch base about your successful event. In this thank you email we provide the a final summary of your event, the final billing information including any outstanding balances, and the opportunity for you to provide feedback.
We want to work with you again, so we offer a returning client promotion for clients who rebook us within 2 years.

With our flexible pricing structure, we offer a variety of bartending and event services to fit your event needs. From experienced bartenders and servers, to social entertainers and a roster of DJ's, we aim to create the perfect package for your event.

Bookings made through Gigsalad are subject to the GigSalad payment guidelines.

For Bookings Outside of GigSalad:
Payment Options:
Option 1: Three-Part Plan
For organizers who prefer to pay in smaller increments.
40% due at time of booking, 40% due 48 hours before the event start time, remaining 20% due within 1 week after event completion.

Option 2: Two-Part Plan
For organizers who want to secure their booking, and complete their payments quickly to focus on their event.
40% due at time of booking, remaining 60% due 48 hours before the event.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the initial booking receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this 48 hour free cancellation window are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event start date have a late-cancellation fee of $150.
Should you need to change your event date, costs paid will be carried over at no additional cost when rescheduling. If rescheduling is requested less than 48 hours before the event start date, an $80 late rescheduling fee will apply. This only applys if the date changes and is not applicable to event time changes if event duration remains the same.
