Overview

"I am a storyteller sharing live wheel-thrown pottery with practical parables, " Kelly Brinkmann, Art & Souls Creative Studio.

Weaving together stories about faith, forgiveness, and freedom, Kelly brings them to life while making live, wheel-thrown pottery for audiences big and small. Using parables, she paints word pictures touching the hearts of audiences seeking to know God more deeply or meet him for the first time. The lessons she shares from the heart open the senses of the audience using pliable clay so God can touch and remake their malleable hearts.

What to expect

I have been sharing LIVE wheel-thrown pottery performances for 15 years by setting up a working art studio on stage and opening up the studio to the audience. I offer many support materials including photos, graphics, social media promotion and hand outs like Bible study guides that are visual in nature, bookmarks to support your theme or verse, T-shirts and take-aways for groups.

As a professional event manager and former executive director of an international non-profit association, I have experience planning conferences across the US. Through Gig Salad, I will share performance needs a my packing list with you during the planning process.

Set list

It is impactful to have worship songs playing before my presentation begins, especially if a live worship band is present. There is an invitational, or interactive portion of the event, so instrumental music continues the tone of the event during a time of reflection and action.

Influences and inspiration

Jesus. His people.

Setup requirements

In order to come to your event, I need a 36 inch door opening and space to pray and make work. If you have a working sink and a live video feed, that is a great help, too.
