October 14, 2023Several attendees were uncomfortable with the constant photographs being taken by who we are not sure as we were never asked. Although we can appreciate the sadness of your life story and feel your pain, we were hoping for more upbeat, motivated talk to start our day.

We strongly disagree with a 3.5 rating for the following reasons:
1. Upon our booking we requested a Zoom call to discuss her needs. We waited 170 days for Michelle to reach out to us, to no avail. We did the best we could to deliver a custom-written speech without having any info as to who the audience was.
2. The host was not ready to let the guests in, so Mr. Morrison went outside to the line and tried to temper their collective demeanor by socializing and making them feel more special by setting up HIS red velvet stanchions and red carpet at no additional cost.
3. After seeing one tiny piece of candy on the table by each place setting for each guest, Mr. Morrison placed a canvas bag on the chair as an additional gift because he felt bad for those attending. Again, at NO COST to the hiring party.
4. The person taking pictures from Adversity Rockstar LLC was introduced to a staff member in advance. She shook his hand and replied, "Oh Great." The hiring party never took the initiative at the start to share him with the audience or follow up with Aric as to his role.
5. Aric is typically introduced by a provided script so that the audience can get excited about his background. It was never read by the hiring party and remained on the lectern.
6. After being booked for 8 am sharp. On the day of the event, because they were not ready, Mr. Morrison was pushed back over 30 minutes. Despite this, he still delivered a one-hour presentation.
7. THE GUESTS TOOK PICTURES WITH MR. MORRISON AFTER THE EVENT AND SHOWED THEIR APPROVAL!
8. OTHER GUESTS TEXTED MR. MORRISON FOR DAYS AFTER TO SHARE HOW MUCH THEY ENJOYED HIS PRESENTATION. This is in direct contrast to her words.
9. Being the professional he is, MR. Morrison still signed two books and presented them to the hiring party after the performance. Again, at no additional cost!
10. WE TAKE OUR CRAFT VERY SERIOUSLY, AND FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER HUNDREDS OF APPEARANCES, FELT THE NEED TO REPLY AS WE ARE SHOCKED.

October 31, 2022We wanted to provide something different for our employees. Since Aric Morrison is both a speaker and an author, we figured it would be nice to hear from his diversified perspectives. From the start, his professionalism and attention to detail before his appearance were noticeable.
His thoughts flowed in sync with exactly what we were seeking from him. His energy is evident, and his love for his craft comes through as soon as you meet him. He shared many parts of his journey, which was very moving for us, but somehow he kept the proper balance and had us smile simultaneously. The more he spoke, the more he connected with our employees. What a great decision we made to hire him.
Aric took time to sign books, allowed a question and answer session, and was highly approachable to everyone. What struck me the most was how genuine he truly is. Every address is custom written after working with the event organizer to understand better who the audience is. Each of his appearances begins with a short two-minute video reel to set the tone.
He loves what he does! Depending on logistics, Aric likes to have several visual elements accompany him on stage to round out the visual experience. He will share his personal story in detail and mix three or four direct messages to balance one impactful and emotional vocal journey.

Generally, for stage appearances, AHM enterprises request a wireless microphone, either handheld or lavalier, and sufficient sound to carry the presentation to the back of the room. BASICALLY, THIS IS ALL WE NEED!
Depending on the venue size and scale of the appearance, at least one video screen, a projector, and an AV tech to play the intro video and mix still images during the performance. We work with what you have. The video is an introduction piece; it does not have to be shown if the equipment is unavailable. Don't worry about it!
Because we are adaptable, there are occasions when we can supply the equipment and make magic happen, too!
