Andrew Tierney

15 minutes of well rehearsed standup comedy. No crowd work. My writing isn't super clean, but I put effort into it. I rarely come across crowds my material doesn't work with.

Raised in Arizona, Andrew Tierney started performing standup comedy 9 months after serving an 11 year sentence in prison for possession of cocaine for sale. His writing and set talk about prison and adjusting afterwards, with sobriety and social changes. He's featured at JPs comedy club in Gilbert, AZ.
I'm interested in almost any opportunity for stage time, even if it's short notice and you need someone to fill some time. I'm also interested in assisting content creation, writing etc. If it's comedy, I'm your guy.

I just need a microphone hooked up to a sound system really. But ideally there would be a well lit and elevated stage, a stool and microphone stand with a mic. I will do free shows, but the audience is less invested when they haven't paid in, or if they weren't expecting comedy. I can make it work no matter what, but the closer you can get to comedy club environment would be great.
