I am going to ask a lot of questions to understand the demographics of the crowd, the expectations of the audience, the message that should be conveyed, and if there is a person who needs to be celebrated.

For example, if it is a corporate show, then I am going to make sure to craft my set in a way that follows all of the guidelines and delivers the message in a comedic yet inspiring way. I can tailor my set for each crowd to make the material more relatable.
