Our clients can expect a professional group of musicians that play at an acceptable volume for the room they were hired for. Amy sings a wide variety of popular and classic R&B material with a smooth jazz feel. The show is both classy and soulful, but ramps up to full party mode as the night progresses. Amy is capable of doing a full night of swing jazz standards, or a night of hard hitting funk & blues. Amy truly has something for everybody!

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Amy Alysia grew up in music and in a family centered in the church. She discovered her earliest musical influences by listening to gospel artist such as the Winans, Commissioned, Andre Crouch and the Clark Sisters just to name a few. Although listening to secular music wasn't allowed in her household she used school to hear other types of music that intrigued her. Amy was influenced by female vocalist such as Chaka Khan, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner, Sade, Natalie Cole, Whitney Houston and Anita Baker. She also is a big fan of jazz, R&B, rock and roll and even some country music. These are the styles of music that influence and inspire her performances today.
