I enjoy telling my story and helping people that also deal with mental health and attention deficit disorder, or just life in general. And helping people look at a more positive aspect than life and doing good things to care for yourself like therapy.

When I was young, I came from a broken home. My father was abusive. My mother was never home. It was a tough life. My father abused my mother in front of me when I was a teenager. And after that, I rebelled, I became a homeless teen by 16 kicked out of school by 17I am working full-time by 16. I was a heavy drinker in drug user. The majority of my life
In twenty twenty I was in a coma from alcohol.
I came out of it day 13 day 14. They were pulling the plug because they said I would just continue using and killing myself. Anyway, after that, I changed my life. I became more positive, I learned. How to deal better with my mental health? And attention deficit disorder will also now dealing with a traumatic brain injury from the coma.
In 2021I met my wife
She showed me what it was like to have a family and people that cared about me. I became a new person though. I'm now disabled from the traumatic brain injury. I still find time to work. Raise pigeons, fish and help around the house. I believe very strongly in therapy.I no longer drink and do drugs, and i'm a happier person from it.
