A joyous and memorable event
This was a big milestone birthday for me and it had to be very special. I was careful as to whom I invited, only wanting this to be intimate and meaningful. I could not have chosen a better band. Hanka G. with vocals, Samuel Lerner on the keyboard and Tom DiCarlo on upright bass were so talented, and soulful, as well as responsible and sensitive to my needs. I asked for a few very challenging requests and Hanka G. graciously agreed to do them and performed these songs, that were very meaningful to me, in a superb way. Everyone was commenting about how beautiful her voice was and what a great range she had. They also appreciated her musicians. The manager, Laurence Graber, was very pleasant to work with and again very sensitive to my requests.
