Sofia Sarlat has a versatile repetoire in music from the 20's, 40's and 60's (Jazz and Latin) up to modern day hits. Her performances are sassy, sensual, and sparkle in all the right moments.
Sofia can perform with a pianist, guitarist or up to a4 piece band accompaniment.
Sofia Sarlat is an uprising jazz vocalist currently residing in Brooklyn, NY. Sofia has studied vocal technique/ performance with Broadway star, Susan Egan and Andre Garner. Her vocal jazz career began when she was chosen to be a featured vocalist at the Monterey, San Jose, and Los Gatos Jazz Festivals (2014). Since moving to New York City in 2014, Sofia Sarlat hosted a weekly vocal jazz session at Rue-B Jazz bar (2017) and has performed at various venues/clubs in the city such s Chelsea Market, Club Bonafide, and made her off-off broadway debut at 53 Above (2017).
