10:50 Arrival

When you hire 10:50 ARRIVAL, you can expect a polished live performance built around three-part harmonies, acoustic guitars, flute, and percussion. Our repertoire spans decades of familiar favorites, thoughtfully arranged in our own acoustic style and tailored to complement the atmosphere of your event.

We understand that every event is different. Whether the occasion calls for conversation-friendly background music or a more engaging featured performance, we work with you ahead of time to understand the setting, audience, and overall feel you're looking for. Our comfortable volume makes it possible for guests to enjoy live music without competing to be heard.

You can also expect prompt communication, reliable arrival and setup, and a professional approach from booking through the final song. Everything you hear is performed live, and our setlists are thoughtfully prepared for each event.

Most importantly, our role is to complement your event—not overpower it. We want the music to feel like a natural part of the experience while giving you confidence that the entertainment is taken care of.

10:50 ARRIVAL is a family acoustic trio featuring Rebecca and David (mom and dad) and Gabriel (their daughter). Although the band officially formed in 2021, their musical story began years earlier around the family dining room table, playing, singing, and developing the natural harmonies that would eventually become the foundation of their sound.

Blending three-part harmonies with acoustic guitars, flute, and percussion, 10:50 ARRIVAL performs thoughtfully arranged songs spanning decades of familiar favorites. David and Rebecca bring years of professional performance experience, while Gabriel contributes as a multi-instrumentalist, giving the trio a distinctive sound.

Based in Winchester, Kentucky, 10:50 ARRIVAL performs throughout the Lexington area for corporate events, private celebrations, nonprofit galas, festivals, fairs, wedding cocktail hours, and other special occasions. Their performances can be tailored to suit the atmosphere of each event, from comfortable, conversation-friendly background music to a more engaging featured performance.

Beyond the music, the trio places a strong emphasis on professionalism, reliability, and clear communication from the initial booking through the day of the event. Their goal is simple: to provide live music that fits the occasion, feels welcoming, and gives clients one less thing to worry about.

10:50 ARRIVAL is a three-piece acoustic group with a compact setup suitable for a variety of spaces. We have our own professional equipment for both small and large events.

A safe, level playing surface with adequate space for three performers and our equipment is required. For outdoor performances, the performance area must be protected from direct sun and weather. A covered platform stage is preferred when staging is provided.

For longer engagements, we typically take two 10-minute breaks between performance sets. If a green room or private area is available for performers, please let us know when discussing event arrangements.

Technical and staging needs may vary depending on the venue and event. We’re happy to coordinate requirements in advance with the client, venue, or sound technician to help ensure a smooth setup and performance.
