Why hire W.C. Fields?
1. We offer an 80 minute original play about W.C. Fields that is both funny, touching, and reveals another side of the man most people don't know about. We received a license from the Fields Family. This production is perfect for runs in small playhouses, and great for fundraisers. Three cast members and a sound board operator travel with the show.
2. Dale Morris as W.C. Fields can come to your function alone and do twenty - thirty minutes of funny Fields or Fields-like material.
About
Dale Morris is an accomplished actor and an award winning playwright. He is married to Jamie Lloyd who will soon retire from her counseling position at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) after 30-years on the job. Dale's purpose for writing W.C. Fields, Demons & Delights was to have a play to travel with that he and Jamie could perform all over the country. A lifelong dream.

Influences
I have been an actor for 40 years and have many influences. My overriding goal is to continue acting. The WC Fields project has become my passion to fulfill that goal.
What to Expect
Typical Gig Duration: 30 - 90 minutes
I began writing the WC Fields Project in August of 2011 as a way to continuing acting and to tour the country with my wife Jamie.
We offer two services. With the first we perform the 80 minute play W.C. FIELDS, DEMONS & DELIGHTS. It is funny, but also provides insight into the man; such as the pain of his separation from his wife and son. The sound portion of this show is very important and detailed as W.C. interacts with voices from the past. Two other cast members and a stage manager travel with this show.
The second option is to have Dale Morris as W.C. Fields come to your event and provide a 20-30 minute solo performance for an audience that is funny and crowd-pleasing. Dale's wife Jamie can also attend as Mae West. After the performance Dale can interact and mingle.

Additional Notes:
For the full production lighting and sound are important elements to the show. Sound equipment, and basic lighting would be required.
For the solo performance, just a stage and lights.
Set/Song/Sequence List:
Lights, sound equipment. We travel with minimal set and set pieces. We can provide a floor plan.
For the solo performance no props are used.
