Geebo the Clown

We had the pleasure of watching Geebo the Clown at our Louisiana library and it was A-MAZE-ING! Absolutely incredible!!! My husband was able to come and even HE was impressed (he can be quite the critic sometimes). Live animals popping out of nowhere (turtles from books, doves in pockets, tarantulas in crayon sized boxes, snakes, rabbits...he did it all!). Lots of audience participation (the kids LOVED it!), he remembered names so well, and Geebo was skilled and talented at working with even the children who were a bit disruptive. He captured everyone's attention and his show was truly unforgettable! It included and amazed everyone. Thank you Geebo for all that you put into that show! We saw him at a library show but for those looking to hire him...This guy is worth EVERY penny, he does not disappoint! He takes entertaining to a whole new level!

Geebo responded to my inquiry for my son's 3rd birthday party right away, and he suggested talking on the phone. We did, and he was very easy-going and patient with all my Mom questions. :) We confirmed a time and date and Geebo checked in a few days before the party to reconfirm. He arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule in the most awesome truck that was blowing bubbles everywhere! My son ran up the driveway with some friends and came running back down in excitement with Geebo following closely behind.

(Side note: I wasn't sure about the reaction we'd get from the clown make-up. Geebo suggested I show my son a photo of video before the party to see if he was OK with it. He said he wasn't scary, and so I kept my fingers crossed the other kids would feel the same way. We have more than 50 people at the house ranging in age from 1 - 73....no one was afraid. Think Geebo's energy made it impossible to dislike him.)

Geebo didn't waste a moment upon arrival. He began interacting with guests and creating balloon hats, swords, animals and flowers for everyone! His presence is easy-going, cheerful, friendly and just plain fun! I must say, I had no idea what to expect, but Geebo's magic show was fantastic! He is not only a great magician, but he is legit funny! Not in a squeaky clean campy way...but in a down-to-earth-real way! He had me and all the parents laughing, some of his humor was what I equate to a Disney movie - intended for adults, but still appropriate for the kids. Geebo's tricks with the animals brought the wow factor - tarantula, bearded dragon, dove, hedgehog & rabbit! Super cool for everyone to experience. However, even his simplest tricks were hilariously entertaining!

Geebo has a gift of interacting with his audience, and including the kids in his act. He knew exactly how to handle the shy vs. the rowdy ones, and made sure everyone enjoyed the show. Needless to say, he was the highlight of the party and the kids are STILL talking about him over a month later. Some of the other parents told me their kids were still singing "Tie it in a knot, tie it in a knot...."! My little boy told me, "Mommy, I want to Geebo the Clown come again." He also still remembers Geebo's name and still talks about him and tells others about the time when he had a spider on his head. :p

Lastly, I shared a few videos from the party on social media. One of my husband's former high school players wrote to me and said that Geebo used to be at all her birthday parties growing up! She's now 20 years old! This just goes to show you that Geebo has been doing this a long time, and does it well! :)

The Best entertainer I have ever experienced! Im greatly appreciated to Geebo for making my twin girls birthday experience as special as I would have wanted. He made both girls center of attention. Equally special for their special day! He made everyone laugh, got everyone involve in acts. Amused the crowed and had us in awww! I could go on and on. Thanks to gigsalad for your amazing site and of course for sharing Geebo tge clown. Definitely will see you soon! Already looking for a event to bring him back Orange County.

Geebo the Clown is truly in a league of his own. He brought non-stop energy, joy, and jaw-dropping magic to our son’s 4th birthday party, he had the kids (the parents) spellbound. Every time I turned around, he had a different live animal, snake, dove, rabbit, chicks! It was like watching a one-man circus, magic show, and petting zoo all in one. The kids were engaged from start to finish.
The best thing for me is that he got all the kids involved, but our son always got first refusal with any trick or animal; legend!
