About

I am a Country Entertainer and Songwriter with 6 CD's recorded. I spent 35 years as a Bass Guitarist with road bands and work with 4 bands currently. The last 6 years I've been busy with songwriting and performing as a solo act at Fairs, Festivals and any place they'll have me. When you hire me you can expect, first of all, professionalism. Which includes the now old tradition of dressing for the part. I don't believe in appearing on-stage in tore up blue jeans and a t-shirt because I think people deserve a show. Because of my many years in music I am comfortable in front of 2 people or 20,000. Besides my own songs I am a walking jukebox of traditional Country Music and am, in fact, a member of the Traditional Country Music Hall of Fame, inducted in 2009. I can also do a one-man band show playing Keyboard and Guitar at the same time! (My own invention) This includes Harmony on songs so it's a band experience. I am a BMI member, Nashville Songwriters Member and a member of the Country Gospel Music Association, Traditional Country Music Association plus many other organizations. I make 4 trips a year to Nashville to peddle my music and appear at songwriter venues such as The Nashville Songwriters Festival in June. Some of the Venues I've appeared at there include The Nashville Palace, BlueBird Cafe, The Commodore Lounge, Nashville Cowboy Church and Pick's Lounge in the Music City Inn on Music Row. All these experiences in the past 6 years plus my 35 years on the road mean you get experience. Presented in a show that is meant to please.
