Aloha Talent Shoppers! With a passion for music that spans over three decades, I'm Bruddah "Vince", a versatile and seasoned musician based in SoCal. I sing and play acoustic guitar & ukulele, specializing in Island & Hawaiian Music. I also like to mix in a little pop, country, R&B, and reggae music. My journey in the world of music began 30 years ago. Since then, I've been entertaining audiences with my soulful voice, guitar melodies, and the enchanting sounds of the Ukulele. I strive in utilizing music as a therapy for you to forget your worries as we take a journey to a place of bliss where we can sing & laugh together while swaying to the rhythm.

Vince performed What a Wonderful World at my brother’s funeral, and I honestly cannot put into words how beautiful and moving it was. There was not a dry eye in the room. His voice brought so much comfort to our family during one of the hardest moments of our lives.
He was incredibly patient and respectful as family members and guests shared memories and spoke throughout the service. He never rushed anything and made space for everyone with kindness and professionalism.
Vince came fully prepared with his own microphone and speaker and handled everything seamlessly. Many guests came up to ask who he was because his performance was that powerful.
I am deeply grateful for the care, dignity, and heart he brought to honoring my brother. If you are looking for someone who is not only talented but also compassionate and professional during meaningful moments, I highly recommend Vince. ❤️

February 17, 2026Music just right for Hawaiian funeral
Bruddah Vince’s kindness and support during a difficult time was much appreciated.
He played/sang Waialua Sky (Krush), Israel Kamakawiwo’ole music, and Aloha ‘Oe (HRH Queen Lili’uokalani) for a Native Hawaiian funeral.
Providing musical support during a funeral is completely different than an entertainment performance.
I can only comment about what I can remember about the music Bruddah Vince provided at my husband’s funeral. It was just right. Soft. Respectful. Exactly the right music at key times throughout the service. “Aloha ‘Oe” sung in both Hawaiian & English to conclude the graveside farewell was perfect.

Vince played for us in June of 2024 for my brother-in-laws 40th birthday party and everyone had such an amazing time listening to and dancing to his music that we had to ask him back again this summer. This occasion was pre-wedding event for my cousin with most being out of town relatives and we wanted to do something special to celebrate. Once again Vince exceeded our expectations and made our backyard dinner party feel like we were all vacationing together in Hawaii. Beautiful voice and excellent song choices made for an unforgettable evening. We might have to make this an annual tradition! Thanks to Vince for helping us to make our family events so special.

What to expect
You can expect to see and hear me sing and play my acoustic guitar and/or ukulele. My specialty includes Island music (contemporary & popular hits from Hawai'i) and ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian language) music. I'd introduce myself to your audience, encourage requests and customize your event by making any necessary announcements and other relevant information in order to promote guest delight. For cozy settings, I can sing and play unplugged. For a room setting, I can plug into my guitar amp. For larger gatherings up to 100 people, I can provide a P.A. system. My goal is to have you sit back, relax and forget about your worries while the music soothes your soul!
About
Originally from O'ahu, Hawaii (Born in Waikiki), I've been living in Southern California for over 20 years and have been playing music for over 30 years. I've previously played in a band and love the Solo performer experience. Playing Island music & Hawaiian music on my guitar & ukulele takes me back to the Islands with every performance. People have shared with me that "I bring the Islands to them". I feel that performing music is my calling and would love to make your event a memorable one.
