About

The Stone Pirate is a retired Army soldier whose training gave him the skills to stand very still, camouflage into any environment, and make it look like he was never there. To continue the art of aversion, he perused the art of Tableau Vivant (Living Picture) mastered hundreds of years ago in the streets of France.
He utilizes amazing techniques, comedy, and whimsical poses to entertain his audiences. It takes hours to get into costume and make-up and great discipline to stand still without a sound.
With his trusted handlers, he entertains children and adults alike. There are photo opportunities at every turn, hilarious looks, and reactions are sure to please all.
The story our handlers tell is one of old world piracy, stealing treasures on the coast of the Carolinas. However, one day our fated pirate was turned to stone for his wrong deeds. Destined to spend eternity trying to pay back the misbegotten booty that was stolen, he comes to life and releases his treasure, one piece at a time.
The pirate stands armed with his sword and a handful of treasure. Close by are his treasure chest and ship’s bell. When a donation is dropped into his chest and his silver bell is rung, he comes to life so he may release some of his stolen goods. But don’t try to steal what he has already taken, or he will defend his jewels!
Book the pirate today to witness the magic in the eyes of both young an old. Listen for the bell, followed by screams of delight and shock when this statue comes to life! The Stone Pirate has come ashore.

My influences come from my service united states army. I enjoyed training and developing skills in evading and camouflage. Special breathing techniques and special movie makeup techniques gr
have made it fun in creating this interactive experience.

What to Expect

Typical Gig Duration: 60 - 480 minutes

Enjoy several options in the stone pirate group experience. We offer a comedy twist on the traditional living statue. we also offer the classic living statue experience. Our living statues can dance to music, can just be a statue, or interact with the crowd. giving out mardi gras beads prizes and advertising your business as well as adding life to an entrance by greeting your guest with an interactive or out of this world experience in stillness. This is always a great photo opportunity.
