Both of John Morello's great nieces have had heart surgery at SickKids Hospital in Toronto ON. This hospital is known world wide for excellent care and John will be performing at two of their fund raisers - on December 1st to benefit the Herbie Fund which provides financial support for children from around the world to receive surgical treatment at SickKids and on February 16, 2013 to for the Heart to Heart Foundation to benefit the Sick Kids Cardiology Unit.

THE SANDS TRIO RAT PACK
The Sand’s Trio was the icing on the cake for our 25th Anniversary celebration of Tiara Ball, benefitting SW General Health Foundation. The 50’s Vegas theme opened the door for The Sand’s Trio to entertain our guests. In the supper club styled room, the trio blasted out tunes from the famed Rat Pack and brought the audience to their feet, singing and dancing. Rick Sonata is meticulous in his efforts to recreate Sinatra without aping him. "When I'm on stage, I try not to be Frank, but we have a lot of things in common. I don't want to be known as an impersonator or a look-alike," he says. "When I'm dressed with the hat and the suit on, it's like Frank is out there in 1968. Learn the songs, learn the repertoire, learn some moves, mannerisms and then it all comes naturally."

Nicholas Brooks' portrayal of Sammy Davis, Jr. is simply astounding. He performs Sammy Davis regularly in Las Vegas, Australia, New Zealand and now in Canada. He captures your heart as he sings some of Sammy's famous songs such as "Candyman, What Kind of Fool Am I, Something’s Gotta Give and Mr. Bo Jangles".
