Chef Doug Stratton will design a custom menu of 3 to 8 courses for your special event. The menu is designed with your tastes and culinary preferences in mind. For a special touch Chef Doug Stratton can also handle the table design or for larger events become your own personal caterer and event planner. If you would prefer to do the cooking on your own he also offers exciting group cooking classes that are both fun and educational.
